What exactly is the Guam Electronic Declaration Form?
The Guam Electronic Declaration Form (Guam EDF) is a mandatory digital form that all arriving passengers will need to complete before entering our beautiful island. For your convenience, the form is accessible up to 72 hours before your arrival.
Each arriving passenger or a responsible family member must fill out the form in English, with one form per family. "Family" refers to individuals living in the same household who are related by blood, marriage, domestic partnership, or adoption.
We can't wait to welcome you to Guam!
